Bits And Pieces

Hello again, dolls! I finally got around to shooting a new video for my youtube channel, so stay tuned! Today i had a chance to wear the high waist shorts i cut out of vintage denim i thrifted (see previous post). Finally getting to wear them made me happy because it means the weather is moving closer and closer to summer! ^_^ I paired them with tights, since it's still cool enough to wear them, cognac combat boots, and my favorite coral sweater. I accessorized with chunky gold piece (i.e. the chain, and my claw cuff). You can alter this look by pairing your own high waist pieces with a flowy crop top and cute sandals for a beachy/girly look! Tailor this look by adding a quater-sleeved blazer (try fun colors for spring like green, or magenta), and pointed-toe heels.

Snow Photoshoot with Platinum Entertainment

Last month i seized an opportunity to shoot in the snow with one of my favorite photographer, Brian, of Platinum Entertainment. I hardly snows here in Virginia Beach (as you can see there isn't much on the ground), but when it does we don't hesitate to make the most out of it. This was my first time ever shooting in the snow, and i had a great photo op with 3 different outfits. I haven't received all the pictures back yet, but these two are my favorite so far. When i get all the shots back I will definitely share with you guys!

Here Comes The Sun

I love the sunshine after the rain. =) Today i channeled a bit of hippie inspiration with a cheetah print headband, my favorite comfy coral sweater, basic dark denim, and cognac knee-high boots. I accessorized with my "love" scribbled hoops, and golden flower cocktail ring. 

I can't wait until spring and summer brings more sunshine this way!

I haven't whipped out my snakeskin pants since the middle of the summer (i think), but i'm glad i did yesterday (thursday). FYI, this outfit was a total accident. I woke up super late! I had class at 8am, but i woke up at 7:12am & left the house by 7:30am! That rarely happens for me (being able to wake up that late, get kinda cute, and still make it out the house on time) but I just love when it does! Of course, i couldn't get everything done, so i donned the H&M shades since i was makeup-less today. The pants are also from H&M, while the top & necklace are from Charlotte Russe. The shoes are Lovestruck by Ninewest, which are still slightly uncomfortable given how long i've owned them and how many times i've worn them, but they're super simple & cute so worth it!
